Venn offers several key features that support small and medium-sized businesses in Canada, each designed to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Venn provides accounts in CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR. This feature allows businesses to operate seamlessly across borders without the need to manage multiple banking relationships.
For a new user, this means you can easily accept payments from international clients or pay overseas suppliers without the hassle of constant currency conversions. It simplifies bookkeeping and reduces the complexity of managing finances across different currencies.

But if you’re a new user, you’ll save significant amounts on currency conversion, which means you can redirect those resources to your core business activities.
Therefore, affiliate rates are competitive which means that Canadian businesses can expand into global markets or partner internationally more easily.

It makes it easier for businesses to handle their global payments cheaper and more efficiently to pay suppliers and receive payments from users in different countries.
Venn offers a corporate Mastercard that provides 1% cashback on purchases. This feature allows businesses to earn money back on their regular expenses.
For new users, this means they can turn their necessary business spending into a small revenue stream. It’s an easy way to save money without changing spending habits.
Venn works well with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero. With this feature, bookkeeping processes get automated and you save time and make less errors in financial record keeping.
This means new users don’t spend as much time manually entering their data and reconciliation, and they get accurate financial reporting. With it, the entire process becomes simpler and easier to follow—tracking expenses, the creation of reports, and what to prepare for tax season.

Venn’s recently introduced accounts payable feature allows businesses to automate vendor payments. This feature syncs with accounting software, enabling users to import bills directly into Venn.
For new users, this means significantly reduced time spent on paying bills, fewer errors in payment details, and a more streamlined accounts payable process. It can help businesses maintain better relationships with suppliers through timely and accurate payments.
Venn doesn’t charge monthly fees or have minimum balances. This is good news for new users, especially those just beginning to start their businesses.
It means they can enjoy the full encompassing banking services without the need to worry about meeting the minimum account balance or continuous payment of fees or charges. Capital can be freed from stricter use in business to support growth instead of banking costs.
By blending these features together in one platform, Venn intends to deliver an end-to-end financial solution that can cater to your small and big businesses, ranging from ordinary transactions to international growth.

Venn currently only supports Canadian corporations. Sole proprietorships, partnerships, and non-Canadian corporations are not eligible at this time.

For non-CAD accounts (USD, GBP, EUR), you must initiate the transfer from your external business bank account.
Venn does not charge monthly fees or require minimum balances. This allows businesses to use their capital more flexibly.
For pre-authorized debits, it usually takes 2-3 business days from the time the funds leave your external bank account to appear in your Venn account. Interac requests typically take 1-4 hours to process.
