Home Inspection

What is a home inspection?

Home Inspection Definition: A home inspection is an in-depth examination of a house or property to determine if any items are of concern or need repair or replacement. A qualified home inspector will assess all areas of the house and property, including plumbing, water and sewage, cooling and heating systems, electrical work, and fire safety.

Upon completion, a home inspection is detailed in a report, often requested by the seller or potential buyer of a home. The outcome of a home inspection often has an impact on the value of the property.
