Shakepay is by far the worst app I have EVER used. They let money go through before full verification and now that I’m verified my account is limited. How am I supposed to do any personal business properly? Then you contact them for help and they take forever getting back to you. They say 12hrs to respond and I sent my messages 19hrs ago. I need to get things done faster than that. If Binance is any example, maybe these guys will be sued too. I got told I had to reveal the business I’m working for to them. Nevermind there is a confidentiality clause and I can’t reveal that information to them. I oy use the platform to move finances as needed. My job doesn’t even use them and don’t have an account, so how is it even applicable?!?
